I operate URGENT WEBSITE as a solo web development service based in India. I build professional websites within a 7-day build window — deployment to your domain is a separate step — currently serving Indian clients only.

This Privacy Policy describes how I collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you:

How I Use Your Data

I use collected information for the following purposes:

Building your website within the 7-day build window, deploying it to your domain separately, processing payments via UPI (50% upfront, 50% on approval), and providing customer support throughout the process.

Sending project updates, responding to inquiries, and sending an automated acknowledgement when you submit a project brief. You can opt out of non-essential communications anytime.

Queue Management

Your project is added to my live build queue so I can track progress and display queue status on the website. Only your project type and position are shown publicly — no personal details.

Security & Anti-Spam

Using IP addresses for rate-limiting form submissions (max 3 per 10 minutes) and honeypot fields to prevent automated bot submissions.

Legal Compliance

Meeting legal obligations such as retaining payment records for tax purposes (7 years as required by Indian law) and responding to valid legal requests.

I do not sell your personal data. Period. I only share information in these specific circumstances:
