By accessing or using URGENT WEBSITE's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access my Services.

Who Can Use My Services

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law
• If using on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization
• My services are currently available for Indian clients only

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. I will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on my website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

URGENT WEBSITE provides professional web development and deployment services for Indian clients. I design, build, and launch websites within a 7-day sprint.

What I Build

Service Limitations

I do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific business outcomes from your website
• Compatibility with all third-party platforms or their future versions
• That my services will meet all your specific requirements

Teamwork & Work Distribution

I personally lead every project and remain your single point of contact throughout. However, I reserve the right to split or distribute parts of the work among trusted teammates whenever a project needs extra assistance, additional capacity, or specialized skills to stay fast and on schedule. In all such cases, I stay fully responsible for quality, communication, and meeting the agreed timeline — including the 7-day delivery guarantee. You continue to deal only with me, and the same standards, confidentiality, and terms apply to every person who touches your project.

My process is designed to be simple and direct. Here's how we'll work together:

Project Acceptance & My Right to Decline

Submitting an order or brief is a request to work together — not a confirmed booking or a binding agreement. I review every project personally and reserve the right to accept or decline any project, at my sole discretion, before work begins. I may decline for any reason, including scope, feasibility, timeline, the nature of the content, or a mismatch with the services I offer (for example, projects outside the standard websites, landing pages, and WordPress builds I provide). If I decline, I will inform you promptly and any advance you've paid is refunded in full. Once I have accepted your project, received your content, and started the build, the 7-day delivery guarantee and these Terms apply in full.

You agree to use my Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

Content Guidelines

Your website and its content must not:

• Contain defamatory, libelous, or threatening content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Promote discrimination, hate speech, or harassment
• Spread misinformation or false claims
• Violate any applicable Indian laws

Payment is split in two: 50% to start the build, 50% on approval. My pricing and billing terms are as follows:

• A 50% advance secures your slot; the balance is due on approval
• I build on my own subdomain and share a private preview for your review
• The remaining 50% balance is due only upon project completion and your approval
• I accept payment via UPI only
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

Refund Policy

What You Own

Upon final payment, you own the final website I build for you, including:

• The custom code and design created specifically for your project
• Your text, images, logos, and brand assets
• Product, service, and business information you supply
• Data collected through forms on your website

What I Retain

I retain ownership of:

Showcase & Portfolio Rights

You grant URGENT WEBSITE a perpetual, royalty-free right to display your completed website as a showcase or portfolio project. This means I may feature it — in whole or in part, as screenshots, live links, case studies, or descriptions — on my own website, social media channels, and promotional or marketing materials, and may reference your business name, logo, and project details as the owner of the work. This right helps me demonstrate the quality of my work to future clients and survives completion of your project.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. I DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Services are free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the Services will meet your requirements

Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, URGENT WEBSITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

You may cancel a project at any time by notifying me via email. Your 50% advance is refunded in full if cancelled before the build begins; once the sprint has started, the advance is non-refundable. Upon cancellation:

• Work on your project will cease immediately
• If cancelled before the build begins, your 50% advance is refunded in full
• If the build was completed and approved, the remaining 50% balance remains due and payable
• I'll delete your project data according to my Privacy Policy

By Me

I may decline or terminate a project if:

• You breach these Terms or my Acceptable Use Policy
• I receive valid legal requests requiring termination
• The project scope changes significantly from our initial agreement
• Communication becomes unresponsive for an extended period

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URGENT WEBSITE from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Resolution Process

I prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Please contact me at contact@urgentwebsite.in before initiating formal proceedings.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with my Privacy Policy and any other agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and URGENT WEBSITE.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

My failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without my prior written consent. I may assign my rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

I shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond my reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
